It's easy. Just by renting, you'll be credited with Rental Reward Dollars to go towards the purchase of a new Minto home. How much? You'll receive $50 per month for the first 3 years. That means...

• After only 1 year, you will earn $600.
• After 3 years, you will earn $1,800.
• Each additional year, you will receive $150 per year.

Saving for a new home can be difficult enough. Not knowing what your long-term expenses might be can make it even more challenging.

How to use your Minto Rental Reward Dollars.

Your Rental Reward Dollars are yours to spend as you wish on your new Minto home. Put them towards new home upgrades at the Minto Design Centre, mortgage payments, or use them to buy that new sofa you've always wanted.

As soon as you take possession of your new Minto home, you will receive a cheque in the amount of the total Rental Reward Dollars that you have accumulated.
