Minto Customer Care is Now Part of the Community!

We are very pleased to announce the opening of our remaining two Customer Care Centres, located in Chapman Mills and Morgan's Grant. This means that all of our customer service functions are now handed directly by the team of Customer Care representatives working right in your community.

If you are now living in your new Minto home, you are now encouraged to submit your various inspection reports directly to our new Customer Care Centres, by fax or in person (a drop box is onsite for after-hours drop-off). These forms include the Minto 48-Hour Damage Report, and the Tarion 30-Day, One-Year and Second-Year Forms.

Please feel free to drop by your community Customer Care Centre, and introduce yourself to the team!

Two More Customer Care Centres opening soon

On May 1st, we opened the Customer Care Centre East, serving homeowners in Avalon, Spectra. This was our inaugural site, developed to implement the decentralization of Customer Care functions from head office to the community level.

During mid-August we will open the remaining two Customer Care Centres. The Customer Care Centre South will be located in Chapman Mills and serve our customers in Chapman Mills, Winding Way and Centro. The Customer Care Centre West will be located in Morgan’s Grant, and will handle customer service for Morgan’s Grant and Emerald Meadows homeowners.

This is just one more initiative Minto is taking to provide our customers with exceptional customer experiences, every day, in every way.

Morgan’s Grant Designer Decorated Showhomes now Open

Three new designer decorated showhomes are now available for viewing next to our brand new sales office in Morgan’s Grant located at 1059 Halton Terrace. This completes the lineup of 17 brand new single home designs which can be viewed across the city (Morgan’s Grant, Chapman Mills and Avalon).
